BAHRA, The Brookings Area Human Resources Association, is the local professional association dedicated to the topics and practices that make up the HR field. We aim to serve our local business community, which includes large companies with professional HR departments all the way down to small businesses with no HR presence, and everyone in between.
Our board is made up of people working directly or indirectly in HR. Our members and guests are often HR practitioners, but are also small business owners and line managers. With our membership meetings, social gatherings, informative speakers, and other special events – we hope you’ll join us at a BAHRA meeting soon!
Each BAHRA meeting is a safe space for people to network, benchmark, and ask questions of each other. If you’re a person who works with or leads other people, we think BAHRA content may be for you!
